I remember I was 6 when I saw this episode. I was so sad. But my dad told me to look how bravely he died, and peacefully too. He died saying that he felt hot and wished he had some shave ice and that next time, Egos would die. It made a strong impression on me as a 6 year old boy, and remember his bravery to this day. The portrayal was tragic, poignant (particularly to a 6 year old kid), and well acted. The moral impcliations of fighting were closely examined and death was taken very seriously. You'd never see anything like this on watered down American kids programming of today.
So this page is my memorial to a 30 year old character, who greatly influenced me as a child, and is still a hero to me today.
